Dog Info.
Please have the following ready: Age/Sex/Breed of dog. Any problems you are currently facing. What you would like to accomplish with your dog in the future. Has your dog ever had any aggression problems towards people or animals, ever (This does not necessarily disqualify you from our training but it helps to keep me, and you, and your dog safe.)

Human Info.
Please be prepared to discuss your living arrangements; tell me about any other animals or any other humans that are in the same living environment with you. This will have a huge impact on your training.

Liability.
Please make sure that your pet is up to date with your vet’s recommended treatment/medications/shots etc. Do not bring a pet to us that is sick or that is suspected of being sick. Please understand that all dogs bite. We try to make training as safe as possible but understand that it is possible that any dog at training may end up biting any other dog or person at training. Our goal is to prevent that at all costs but understand that is a possibility and that you accept that risk when you attend our training.
